And the KDP Keynote is.......
"Mike Honda?"
"Who?"
Look, we don't mean to be disrespectful but when we heard that the Kansas Democratic Party's Keynote Speaker for their state convention this week was Mike Honda we had the same reaction most of our Democratic friends did.
Mike Honda?
Who?
Obviously, we pay a little too much attention to politics here at StayRed. We've learned to live with it. We watch so much political news on cable that we call C-SPAN 2 "the Deuce." We know Rachel Maddow's different fashion accessories. We knew when Brit Hume changed barbers. We watch a LOT of political news as well as follow our blogging counterparts across the political spectrum.
We'll fess up. We have never heard of Mike Honda. Ever.
Seems like a delightful man, loves his family serves his country probably likes long walks on the beach and poems about rain. Dandy. But it is not rude to point out that when it comes to the kind of visiting dignitaries you like to get for these sorts of things, he's a D-lister at best.
This from a party who had Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, Tim Kaine and Brian Schweitzer in this slot during the last five years.
Now as we approach the most impactful election in recent Kansas history they have one credible candidate for federal office and a couple appointed office-holders they are praying can hold on to some down ballot statewide offices. If Kansas Ds are lucky, Republicans won't get a veto-proof majority in the Kansas House to go along with the one they have in the Senate.
And Mike Honda is their Keynote Speaker.
Mike Honda. Yikes.
Wow Sebelius screwed these people.

Finally, a blogger that sticks to being factual. Only one fact above is patently false.
There are no credible dems in Kansas. The best liars left with tax cheat Kate Sebelius.
What is her Catholic middle name anyway? And do not write Gilligan. He is still stuck on that island with Mary Ann, the skipper, the Howes and the rest of the democratic party merely waiting for Larry Gates to come to their rescue.

You really are crazy, Tom. Do you realize that? Do you realize that absolutely no one in this entire State takes you seriously at all? Whenever you post comments, no one cares. Whenever you say you're a candidate for Congress, no one cares. It's time to give it a rest and save yourself the perpetual embarrassment that occurs every single election cycle.

I know how hard it is for you hard line loyalsty GOP lemmings. Come back to reality, please.
The only thing that is crazy in Kansas is your die-hard support for people like Brokeback Brownback, who is asking you to jump off the cliff.
Maybe you have not heard of the Tea Party Patriots, but they are not exactly thrilled with GOP party lemmings like yourself. If anyone has lost their common sense, you win by a unanimous vote.
Considering their are only two of that actually blog here. You and me. And you are not running for anything, thank God and Jesus for that fact.

Regardless, I still like you. Every once is while, you actually can write something witty. Which makes me wonder who is ghost writing for you some of the time.
You really do need a better leader.

Tom, you are ridiculous. Just FYI this is not the same poster that said you are nuts above (its a pretty commonly held belief). You have the grammar and English skills of a third grader. You have the reasoning of a 1st grader. Stop. Just please stop. You are not running for anything. No one knows who your are. Just please go away. Or run as a Democrat.

Oh good. I remember you from last year. First, they were skeptical. Then, they tried to be scornful. Then, they cheered when the person was elected. Just part of the process, dealing with the skeptics that want more corruption and their lemming candidates to
get elected in their own self interest.
Knock it off, and maybe we might get a congressman worth being elected. And we both know that is Scherer.
Get a life and accept reality.
